Symposium on Gender Inclusion and Youth Civic Integration
FAWOI joined 100+ stakeholders at a symposium organized by MDDT Cameroon and Cliq Empire, leveraging the Cameroon Music Festival (CIMFEST) to enhance gender inclusion, youth civic integration, and GBV prevention. The event featured insightful discussions, collaborative networking, and highlighted the importance of inclusivity beyond biological sexes to encompass minorities and marginalized groups through panel discussions, keynote addresses, and artistic contributions. The symposium successfully increased awareness and commitment among stakeholders, setting the stage for future initiatives to build safer, more inclusive communities.
