Tankoh Marceline Fegen

Executive Director

Tankoh Marceline Fegen is a health professional whose skill sets, competences and experiences spans across public health, health economics, policy and management, health care management, procurement supply chain management, logistics and program/project management. She has over 10 years of experience working in a multi-cultural and multi-ethnic community settings, with a strong drive and passion for human development across multiple domains.

She currently serving as the Pioneer Secretary General of the Coalition Against Violence in Communities (CAVIC) Cameroon. Marceline has a strong hold on the feminist approach to family cohesion and pushes implementation of activities in view.

Banlack Ernest Fonjinwe

Technical Director

Banlack Ernest Fonjinwe is an Epidemiologist by training with over 08 years of experience working in multi-cultural and multi-ethnic settings in urban and rural communities as Deputy Manager for the HIV FREE South West project funded by PEPFAR through CDC Atlanta and implemented by the Cameroon Baptist Convention Health Services (CBCHS).

He is a holder of a professional master’s degree in Epidemiology and control of Infectious Diseases from the University of Buea, with several on-the-job pieces of training through a wide array of Conferences/Seminars. He is an excellent team leader with good skills in people management. He is married and a father of two children; a boy and a girl. Banlack Ernest Fonjinwe is the Technical Director of Family World International

Stephen A. Kube

Secretary General

Stephen A. Kube is a Humanitarian and Human Resources professional who has championed various causes alleviating poverty and promoting sustainable development and peace. He is a YALI Alumnus with over a decade of experience in fostering growth and development across Africa. Kube supported USAID’s KIDSS Project and Catholic Relief Services’ Malaria Project in Cameroon.

His dedication to the common good, promoting a culture of care, diversity and inclusivity, respect for human dignity, safeguarding, and advancing the triple nexus objectives are crucial for FAWOI to achieve its goal of reaching those in need. He is spearheading the initiative to garner support from established donors while simultaneously forging new and ambitious partnerships to sustain FAWOI’s transformative mission.

Chia Ruby

Public Relations Officer I

Chia Ruby is medical sociologist who works as an HIV/AIDS Counsellor/ Social Worker based In Douala, Littoral Region, Cameroon. She is focused on supporting public health interventions that seek to curb the debilitating effects of HIV/AIDS among women and children.

Her passion project is being a sexual and reproductive health care advocate with the goal to see that young women and girls have access to information on their sexual and reproductive health needs.

Mairong Pascaline Sengafo

Finance and Compliance Officer

Mairong Pascaline Sengafo is a Finance Professional based in Buea, South West Region Cameroon; with a keen interest in policy development in Humanitarian Development and Sustainability

Mbuwir Charlotte Bongfen

Technical Advisor

Mbuwir C. Bongfen is a Public Health Specialist with research interest in reproductive health. In addition to her work as Lecturer, she has worked as Health Policy Analyst and Data Manager.

She is presently a Lecturer in the University of Buea and the Technical Advisor for FAWOI.

Nshom Gladness Giesi

Coordinator – Bamenda NW

Mrs Nshom Gladness is a seasoned professional nurse with both community and clinical experience. Before becoming a nurse, she was a basic education teacher during which she employed the art and science of dealing with children especially those living with disabilities.

Given her passion in adolescent development, she has been mentoring, coaching and supporting youths towards living in accordance with positive behaviour approaches/ patterns while supporting their parents through positive parenting lesson sessions.

Solange Lafeh N. Ojong

Grant & Accounts Manager

Solange Lafeh N. Ojong is a Finance Professional with an MBA in Finance, MSc in Corporate Finance and a Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation. She works as the Finance Officer of the National Early Infant Diagnosis Reference Laboratory in Mutengene and has taught Banking and Finance in the Catholic University Institute of Buea (CUIB), Higher Institute of Professional Studies (HIPS) Buea, Landmark Metropolitan University Buea and Chitechma – Buea, Cameroon.

Lafeh is also a real estate dealer, a motivational speaker of young females and is very much invested in widows, orphans and the less privilege, through needs assistance and coaching. She is married and a mother of four. She is the Grants & Accounts Manager for Family World International (FAWOI).
